The fire-resistant glass produced by our factory is primarily divided into Class A heat-insulating type and Class C non-heat-insulating type. Among these, the Class A heat-insulating type is more widely used, with its core advantage being the simultaneous presence of three key features: fire resistance, smoke isolation, and thermal insulation.

During production, the process begins with fire-resistant glass sheets as the base material, with a specialized fire-retardant interlayer sandwiched in between. The assembly is then subjected to high temperature and high pressure lamination. The fire-retardant interlayer is made of inorganic fire-resistant materials that rapidly expand upon exposure to fire, forming a dense thermal insulation barrier that effectively prevents flame spread and the transfer of high temperatures. At the same time, it also blocks dense smoke, buying valuable time for personnel evacuation.

The fire-resistance rating is divided into three levels—1 hour, 2 hours, and 3 hours—depending on the thickness of the interlayer. The corresponding thickness ranges from 12 to 25 mm, and the light transmittance is ≥80%, ensuring that indoor lighting and visual clarity are not affected.

During the manufacturing process, it is essential to strictly control the uniformity of the thickness of the fire-resistant interlayer and ensure that there are no cracks or bubbles. Otherwise, the fire resistance performance will be compromised. All fire-resistant glass must comply with the national standard GB15763.1 and come with a certificate of fire protection product certification.

The application scenarios primarily include fire-rated walls, fire doors and windows, evacuation passages, and other critical fire protection areas. When installing, it must be used in conjunction with fire-resistant seals to enhance smoke-blocking performance.
