As a glass processing manufacturer, the enamel-colored glass we produce relies on a core process of high-temperature sintering and fusion. Unlike ordinary color-printed glass, our process does not involve any subsequent lamination or coating treatments throughout the entire production cycle.
During production, we evenly apply the enamel glaze onto the surface of the glass substrate and then fire it in a high-temperature furnace at a constant temperature of 700–800°C. This process allows the glaze to fuse deeply with the glass base, forming a monolithic structure.
This manufacturing process ensures that the glaze layer maintains a consistent thickness of 0.3–0.5 mm, with uniform color and no impurities. The glaze boasts a scratch resistance rating of up to 7H, meaning it won’t show scratches from everyday friction. Additionally, it exhibits excellent weather resistance, so it will neither fade nor lose its glaze even after prolonged outdoor use.
We use tempered glass for the substrate, which meets national standards for impact resistance. After breaking, it shatters into safe, granular fragments, preventing sharp shards from causing injury.
Enamel-colored glass is primarily used for decorative purposes. We can customize different patterns and colors according to customer requirements. During processing, it’s crucial to carefully control the sintering temperature and duration to prevent defects such as glaze bubbles and cracks. At our factory, we conduct random sampling inspections on each batch of products to verify both the adhesion of the glaze layer and the strength of the glass, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
