Fire partitions in the big data center must be strictly adhered to. I. Core National Standard Performance Requirements
- Fire Resistance Rating : Must reach GB8624 Class A1 non-combustible , separation between the main computer room and the auxiliary area Fire-resistance rating ≥ 1.5 hours , the core equipment area shall be designed for a fire resistance rating of ≥2.0 hours.
- Fire-resistant type : Select Class A Insulated Fire-Resistant Glass , while simultaneously satisfying Fire-resistance integrity + thermal insulation , the average temperature rise on the fire-exposed surface shall be ≤140°C, and the maximum temperature rise shall be ≤180°C.
- Safety Standards : Compliant GB/T15763.1-2025 Tempered for impact resistance of ≥200 J, with shatter-resistant, non-splintering properties; homogenization treatment reduces the spontaneous breakage rate.
- Sealing performance : Prevents smoke and fire spread at high temperatures, in conjunction with fire-resistant sealant. Air tightness ≥ Grade 8 , with no flue gas leakage.

- Standard configuration ： 8+1.52PVB+8 Class A Composite Fire-Resistant Tempered Glass , fire-resistant for 1.5 hours, with a light transmittance of ≥85%.
- High-end configuration ： 10+1.52PVB+10 fire-resistant laminated glass + 12Ar+6 tempered , fire-resistant for 2.0 hours, offering both thermal and acoustic insulation.
- Ultra-high standards ： Borosilicate single-pane fire-resistant + laminated composite , fire-resistant for 3.0 hours, suitable for Class A fire compartments.
