II. Key Installation and Construction Specifications

  1. Size Specifications : Each panel shall have a width ≤1800 mm, a height ≥1200 mm, and an area ≤4 m²; full-panel installation is strictly prohibited from requiring splicing.
  2. Fixed requirements : The frame shall be embedded in the steel structure and wall on three sides, with an embedding depth of ≥40 mm; the lower end shall be embedded in the counter by ≥20 mm; the frame shall be fabricated from ≥10-channel steel or 63×5 angle steel, securely connected to both the top and the floor.
  3. Gap Treatment : The gap between the frame and the opening shall be no more than 1.5 mm, filled with Class A fire-resistant rock wool and fire-sealing sealant, with exterior edge sealing to ensure fire and smoke containment.
  4. Detail craftsmanship : Chamfer the edges to 2–3 mm; drilling is prohibited. Install fire-resistant shims and provide a 3–4 mm expansion joint to prevent stress-induced cracking.
