Many customers complain that ordinary patterned glass has shallow, blurry patterns, poor decorative texture, a soft surface that’s easily scratched— the more you wipe it, the more streaky it becomes—and also exhibits areas of either overly strong or overly dim light transmission, failing to meet both privacy and aesthetic standards.
To address these issues, we employ a high‑precision hot‑melt embossing process, using thickened raw glass with an embossing depth of up to 1.2 mm, resulting in clear, three‑dimensional textures that are free from ghosting and blurring.
The surface undergoes hardening and strengthening treatment, achieving a hardness of 6H, offering excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance—no scratches even when wiped with steel wool. We rigorously control the uniformity of the embossing, ensuring consistent light transmission throughout, providing transparency without visibility, maximizing privacy.
The product has undergone wear‑resistance and optical inspections, ensuring that under normal use, the pattern remains intact and free from scratches for over five years, while its light transmission uniformity meets the required standards.
