Based on the production experience from Haibo Special Glass Factory, discoloration, scratches, and glaring reflections in colored-glazed glass are primarily related to the glaze formulation process, the sintering method, and the glass substrate itself.

High-temperature sintering of colored glazes allows the glaze and glass to fuse into a single, unified structure, resulting in stronger adhesion, resistance to chipping and fading, and higher surface hardness—making it less prone to scratches from everyday friction.

To address the issue of glare and reflectivity, the glaze formulation and surface treatment methods can be adjusted to reduce specular reflection and enhance user comfort.
