Based on the experience of Haibo Special Glass Factory in supporting villa projects, the frequent occurrence of large-scale shaking and instability in floor-to-ceiling windows—often perceived as unsafe—is largely related to the glass’s structural design, thickness, and installation method.

Large-panel floor-to-ceiling windows require sufficient thickness and tempered glass treatment. In some high-wind-pressure environments, laminated glass structures are also necessary to enhance overall stability and impact resistance.

During production, we adjust the glass configuration based on the size of the opening and the building height, while also carefully finishing the edges to minimize potential hazards caused by stress concentration.

From a practical application perspective, a reasonable glass structure combined with proper installation can significantly improve issues such as window sway and insufficient safety in floor-to-ceiling windows.
