Using a chemical etching process for oil sand, the surface boasts a uniformly fine and smooth matte texture with a light transmittance of 70% or higher, providing privacy protection that allows light to pass through while blocking visibility. Compared to physical sandblasting, this method offers superior abrasion resistance—scratches can be easily removed by wiping with a steel wool pad.
The glass has undergone tempering, giving it an impact resistance five times greater than that of ordinary glass. The edges have been precisely ground and chamfered for a perfect fit with ultra-narrow bezels, ensuring a seamless installation with no gaps or wobbling once installed.
