Haibo Special Glass specializes in the custom production of dome glass, catering to the construction of atriums in shopping malls, exhibition halls, and sunrooms in courtyards. We have stringent requirements for the precision of glass curvature and its snow resistance and pressure-bearing performance. Our thermally bent laminated ultra-clear glass domes are perfectly suited to meet these demands.
This glass is manufactured using CNC thermal bending technology, with an arc deviation of no more than 0.5 mm, ensuring seamless splicing and eliminating any visual blind spots. It features a laminated structure of 12mm + 2.28 PVB + 12mm, capable of withstanding a snow load of 50 cm and resistant to impact without shattering.
The ultra-white base boasts a light transmittance of ≥92%, providing softer, more natural diffused lighting and eliminating glare indoors. It’s further enhanced with a Low-E coating, balancing daylighting and thermal insulation. The edges are sealed with an edge-trimming process to prevent rainwater leakage.
Equipped with a drainage channel design, it prevents water accumulation even during heavy rainfall. When making a purchase, be sure to verify the hot-bending forming inspection report and the wind-pressure resistance test certificate to ensure the safety and stability of the large-span dome.
