Haibo Special Glass Electric Heating Customization Factory: Bathroom mirrors and laboratory glass often suffer from fogging issues. Conventional anti-fog glasses have drawbacks such as poor performance and high power consumption. Graphene-based electrically heated tempered glass offers a precise solution to these problems.
The glass surface is coated with a graphene heating film that rapidly defrosts within 30 seconds after being powered on. The temperature is maintained at a constant 50℃, and the surface feels comfortably warm but not hot to the touch. Power consumption is controlled at 200–300 W/㎡, offering both high efficiency and energy-saving benefits.
For bathroom applications, an 8mm waterproof model is recommended; its IP67 rating ensures no short circuits even when exposed to shower spray. For laboratory settings, a corrosion-resistant model is the preferred choice, as it can withstand the erosion of chemical reagents without affecting experimental procedures.
When paired with a temperature-controlled switch, the glass can automatically start and stop, making it more convenient to use. The edges are sealed to effectively prevent moisture from seeping in.
The procurement test involves powering on the device for 1 minute to observe how quickly the fog dissipates, as well as soaking it for 30 minutes to check for any electrical leakage, ensuring that the product meets performance standards.
