When soft-decoration stores and interior design companies purchase crafted silver mirrors, they often encounter issues such as edge discoloration and paint chipping from the patterns after just six months of use.
It all comes down to the material and craftsmanship: Choose a substrate made of ultra-clear glass, and you’ll get an image without distortion—much clearer than with ordinary glass mirrors.
The silver plating should be thick, and the back side should be coated with two additional layers of protective lacquer to ensure water and moisture resistance, preventing tarnishing.
