Revolving door glass must balance high light transmittance with safety performance, requiring multi-dimensional technical design to achieve this:

Material and Process Assurance

High-transmittance base material: Ultra-white glass is used as the base material, with an iron content of less than 0.015%, and a light transmittance of over 91.5%, 10%-15% higher than ordinary glass, presenting a near-colorless visual effect.

Tempered and strengthened: The glass is heated to a high temperature of 680℃-720℃ and then rapidly cooled, forming a compressive stress layer of 0.1-0.3mm on the surface, increasing the impact resistance to 3-5 times that of ordinary glass, and breaking into small, blunt-angled particles to reduce the risk of cuts.

Laminated composite: A 0.38-1.52mm thick PVB film is embedded between two pieces of glass and bonded under high temperature and pressure. Even if a single piece breaks, the overall structure is maintained, preventing glass from splashing.

Safety Design Details

Impact-resistant radius: The edges of the glass are processed with R10-R50mm rounded corners, and combined with a buffer strip to reduce accidental collision damage.

Anti-pinch sensor: Infrared/laser sensors monitor the rotating gap in real time, triggering braking within 0.3 seconds to avoid pinching accidents.

Emergency system: Equipped with a manual unlocking device and power-off automatic braking function, the rotation can be stopped immediately in an emergency.
